This questionnaire is the instrument supporting a survey among EPSO members intended to provide an overview of what responsibilities do health care regulators and supervisors have regarding the business relationships that occur between the several actors involved in health care markets (service users, public and private health care providers, third-party payers, public and private funders).
More specifically, the questions found below focus the following issues:
• Missions and responsibilities related to market competition and business relationships in health care;
• Main problems of the health care system in these economic dimensions;
• Regulatory approaches to such problems.
The respondents are asked to fill the questionnaire according to the instructions, but should feel free to add any comments whenever they think it’s important to contextualize the answers (in the text fields at the end of each section). If any doubt or difficulty occurs, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
